Harvest of Spring 2019

High quality, full bodied, rich in profile and very fragrant tea. Hand picked and produced using unique to the region techniques. Well pronounced floral notes, long lasting undertones and fragrance.

Tasting profile: very floral, notes of chocolate and dried plums, slightly nutty with hints of sourdough bread crust.

Perfect brew: steep 2 grams (one pinch) of tea per 8 fl. oz. of fresh water at 190*F for 3 minutes. Stain. Enjoy.

Could be re-steeped up to three times by adding extra minute each time.

We would pair it with scones and heavy cream, smoked red fish or a bites of local lobster roll.

*Oolong tea is less intense in flavor and caffeine when compared to black teas, rich red to dark amber in color and could be classified as light or dark based on the level of oxidation.
